Bangify Privacy Policy

Bangify is the internal field application for employees (technicians and sales representatives) of Bang AutoGlass LLC (“Bang AutoGlass,” “we,” “us”). It is provided solely to authorized employees to perform their job duties and is not a consumer product. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.

Who can use Bangify

Bangify is for Bang AutoGlass employees only. Access requires approval by Bang AutoGlass management.

Information we collect

  • Account information you provide when requesting access: your name, email, phone number, and requested role.
  • Authentication data needed to sign you in securely.
  • Work content you capture on the job: job photos (pre-existing damage, VIN, license plate, completed replacement) and customer authorization signatures drawn on the device.
  • Basic information needed to operate the app.

How we use it

  • To authenticate you and show you only the jobs assigned to you.
  • To attach the photos, signatures, and details you capture to the corresponding work order in our business systems.
  • To calculate your own earnings and operate the app’s features.

We do not sell your personal information and we do not use it for advertising.

Camera and photos

Bangify uses your device camera only when you choose to capture a job photo. Photos are uploaded and stored with the related job record in Bang AutoGlass’s systems.

Sharing

Information is stored in Bang AutoGlass’s secure backend and is accessible to authorized Bang AutoGlass personnel for business purposes. We share information only with the service providers that host our systems, and as required by law.

Data retention

Job records and the documents attached to them are retained as business records. Account and access information is retained while your account is active.

Deleting your account

You can delete your account at any time in the app under Account → Delete account. Deleting your account removes your access to Bangify and your login credentials. Job records and documents created in the course of your work are retained by Bang AutoGlass as business records, consistent with applicable law.

Security

We use industry-standard measures including encrypted connections, authenticated access, and row-level database security so each employee can only access their own assigned work.
